  The Hotel Oceanic is a great hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are enormous. Security is up to the minute with access available only to the floor where your room is situated - the lift is operated by a security key card.   The best accomodation we have ever been. The rooms are beautiful and modern. Very clean. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in Bulgaria and very cheap.
