  We loved our recent vacation at Karlovo hotel! The hotel as well as the swimming pool were both very, very clean. Food was good and the staff was very polite and friendly. The pictures from the hotel's website comply with the reality of things. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel is stylish and the atmosphere is great.   Very friendly staff, 24-hour reception desk. Within walking distance of the beach and of the Cacao Beach night club. I highly recommend this hotel if you're coming for a Cacao Beach party and looking for a place to stay - you can just walk back to your hotel and save on taxis (which are not really cheap in Sunny Beach).

The hotel was right next to the pedestrian street with many restaurants, bars, etc. 5 minute walk to the main street where bus service is regular. Food stores within close vicinity. Staff was very helpful, polite, accommodating. The room was clean and had a small kitchen and living room. The air conditioning was very strong and cooled the room down quickly.
