  I likes being in the middle of the University Park. I had good food at this hotel and all the staff were extremely polite and charming - Excellent staff and so friendly. Clean rooms. Quiet neighborhood with excellent restaurants. Good price/quality ratio.

The bathroom was fantastic. Wireless was very good. Apartment House Bulgaria suits our needs very well, easy to reach by car, but good access to the centre of the city via the tram (even with a pram) so no need to stress about driving and parking in the centre.
