  The location & general situation of the hotel were superb, the food was excellent, and the staff worked very hard to accommodate us. [We were a group of 7 people--question 2 above did not cover it; and we were in Plovdiv for a wedding.] The Hotel Exotic was a great choice for us. - The hotel is good, the pool is also good. Wi-Fi was poor, but they gave us LAN cable and the situation was solved quickly. The restaurant with acceptable prizes.

  Hotel was lovely but be careful ther is 3 bus station when bookin this hotel we saw revievs close to bus station make sure you get the right on on our arrivel to plovdiv we got to the wrong bus station anyway it wasnt a problem people were very friendly we walk 2k but it ok my husband and I are use to walking the hotel great location plovdiv a lov... 别人怎么说 » ely city we did an english speaking walking tour we found a lovely resturent calld hemmingway its on the main centre a little above avarage price but - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and the 24hr recption was always manned by a happy smily receptionist no matter what time! The room was an excellent size and had a lovely view of the hills of Plovdiv. It was well placed, not too close to the centre but only a 10 min walk. It was modern and well decorated, so too were the rooms.

  Stayed in many hotels in Plovdiv. Novotel is by far the best. The upper floors has a nice city view. The receptionists were very helpful. - Good position. Friendly, informative front-desk staff. Nice design and amenities. OK value for money if you catch a discount.
