the hotel's staff was so kind and helpful like in no other hotel ,i've stayed (and that's a lot) the location just behind the main road and old town. no need of taking the car to go anywhere. internet connection is good .the breakfast is poor but nice.coffee,milk,juice,salami, butter,jam,kaskaval,cheese.i mentioned parking while booking and we never had problem although it's so central place. good value for money.
所有评语 » The hotel has an amazing location just 2-3 mins walk from the old town, 30 seconds walk to the main shopping street and walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and bars. We asked for one particular room and it was given to us. I read many negative comments on the hotel and I don't really dont know why. It is a very nice and cozy place. Excellent position, in the city center, close to the main shopping street and the old city. The appartment we had is very spacious. A very original, stylish hotel in the heart of one of the most beautiful cities in the Balkans. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Central location, very helpful and friendly reception staff, spacious family suite with air conditioning, reserved parking space. Cheap and cheerful. Very good value for money. Well located for the new and old town and it had everything I needed. Location was excellent. And provided good value for money. Rooms were small but well appointed. Staff helpful. Very nice central location with all sights in walking distance. The hotel and rooms have very nice decoration!. The hotel has a very nice design and is located in a super central position next to the main street. Good location near all sightseeings, parking (capacity 2 cars only) is available. location value for money originality. location location location. location. i don't like the plastic curtain in the bathroom.previews time stayed at this hotel we booked suite and the bathroom was really nice but there is no elevator and the suite is on the last floor. Breakfast was very poor and rather cheap and there is no indications on the phone on how to call reception, so we had to call from our cell. Poor breakfast, the shower drains directly on the floor, the room needs some refurbishments. The appartment is on the third floor, no elevator. hand held shower. Breakfast was meagre. A little renovation in the room would be nice!. The breakfast wasn't particularly rich. Breaksfast was a bust! The hotel sits right next to an open bakery. The uninteresting bread they offered in the morning came out of apartially empty bag. Tea kettle was empty and there was no place to get water and no one was monitiring it. Coffee urn had only 1.5 cups of coffee in it...had to chase someone down to make more. Hotel would only accept cash because the absent boss wanted it that way...altho the room had been reserved on a card. Nothing bad to say.. A little hard to get to because of central location and one way streets. No lift. Poor breakfast, the smell of tobacco in the room, even we asked a non smoking room. One window doesn't close (the studio on the second floor). breakfast could have been a bit more stylish. Smell of tobacco even whe asked a nonsmoking room. The 4 bed suite is a huge attic room, but the bathroom needs a lot of fixing up. The price of the hotel was a little hight because in Sofia, Capital, we spend less for hotel room than in Plovdiv and Plovdiv is province and should have less prices. We were in a room at the first floor and in the morning the staff at the reception was a bit loud. The breakfast was good but it can be better,the mini bar was emtpy they must have water at least!we wake up at 5 o'clock in the morning and nobody was at the reception and the main door was closed. Hotel was not well maintained: condition of the bathroom was not good at all, otherwise bathroom floor was clean; carpet in our room was burned with an iron and it was not very clean. We were accommdated at the last floor accessable by high stares only. Minibar was empty and opposite to clean. Breakfast was poor but not bad. breakfast to improve. Very steep stairs. Not suitable for older people. No lift. says turkish bath, but it only in one room. there was a strong smell of cigarettes, the towels smelled of the bleach used. Staff unfriendly. FOund a much better hotel in better location for less money. Art Hotel.
