  Everything! A very good email contact with the owner before the arrival - all questions answered.   This is a great place to stay, definitely a great price to quality ratio. Very clean and well appointed rooms with A/C, hot water, fridge. The balcony is absolutely awesome - hanging out there with (some) views of the sea and Obzor is great. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again!
