The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are tidy and clean. It is super-close to the NDK (the national palace of culture) and to some very good restaurants, so it's a perfect venue if you are traveling for a conference. The value for money is very good.

The staff spoke English very well, and were helpful and approachable about taxi and restaurant bookings. There is laptop set up in the hotel lobby for the use of guests, free. Everything! The location, the place, the staff, this is by far the best possible deal in Sofia! Hotel is 10 meters from the main street in the city and nearby all clubs, bars, restaurants. the interior is brand new, with good beds, a high quality living room (incl. large TV), full kitchen with oven, large fridge, freezer, waterboiler, microwave, coffee machine etc.) in a secure and quite neighbourhood. There are excellent restaurants within 20 seconds walking distance!

The owner was really nice, she helped us with small things such as giving us a map with details circled out so we know where to go. The location was great, only 7 minutes walk to main street. The apartment was lovely with cosy bed, drawers and small kitchen. One thing I was disappointed is that it didn't have living room but It was not big deal.
