  Very nice personel, no problem with speaking in english. Rooms very clean and comfortable, everything looks nice and is new. in kitchen aneks there was even everything which is needed to cook.   Borovets We visited Bansko and Pamporovo in summer time and Borovets is the best by far. First, most of the hotels are done building, so the village is quiet and beautiful. Surroundings very nice to walk by, the children found raspberry in woods. Second, it is visited by other tourists, so it is not deserted.
