  Location was fantastic, immediately next to one of the chairlifts so ski-in-ski-out but only for part of the resort. Borovets is divided in 2 parts and acces to each bit from the other is tricky. Rooms were clean and well furnished, we had a mountain view, servive in ski rental shop was the best I've ever had. We had half board, and we considered the dinner good and with enough options (the drinks were not included, but the price was fair). The hotel is good in general, as expected for a 4 star hotel. We had parking place, even the parking area was crowded. Prices for extra services (drinks, minibar) were fair.

  We had a great stay in Hotel Alpin, occupying one of the chalets with 2 young kids for 6 summer nights. The chalet itself was simple, but clean and reasonably spacious. Staff was excellent, always smiling and helpful. On top of that, majority could speak English so we had no problems getting around. It was close to the main road and about 5 minutes walk to the piste. We stayed at the Clover Apartment. Very comfortable to come back to after a hard day on the piste!   We made a trip to the Euphoria Club Hotel & Spa this past weekend and it was amazing. We received a good deal since it’s off season from the winter months. The rooms are wonderful and best linens I’ve seen in Bulgaria. The spa was great with heated pool, steam room and sauna.
