  the room and the spa center - The nice view to the mountain from my balcony was amazing. Also the breakfast was big and staff are very polite. I definitely recommend this hotel: it is not expensive and the rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished.

  It was a wonderful weekwend!it is a very modern totally new hotel with a stunning view!!we have booked the two bedroom apt.It was fully equipped and actually it was like an advertisement of IKEA!   We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up.
