  Everyone at the Hotel was extremely friendly and very helpful. They drew maps of the area and suggested good places to eat and drink and hire equipment. We were offered lifts to the gondola by the owner of the Hotel and they even upgraded our room during our stay.   Everything is perfect. The villa was amazing. It was equipped with all the stuff we need for living. It was very clean and very safe . The manager was very friendly . I liked her very much. The location is good. It is really comfortable and nice for families or couples.

You need to give them half hour warning to turn on the sauna, steam-bath and jacuzzi, which is cool. Rooms were warm and there was always hot water. Definately value for money. I would stay there again. - The staff was willing to help you. E.g. I had some questions about public transport by bus to Sofia and they immediatly answerde my quetsion by searching on internet and offerde me to bring me to the busstation. The room was good and there was a big choice of food while having breakfest. One evening I ate at the restaurant which was also really good. The Teddy House is an nice not to big place to stay!
