  Everything is perfect. The villa was amazing. It was equipped with all the stuff we need for living. It was very clean and very safe . The manager was very friendly . I liked her very much. The location is good. It is really comfortable and nice for families or couples.

  Staff was very friendly. They even made us breakfast to go the day we were leaving coz it was early. You need to give them half hour warning to turn on the sauna, steam-bath and jacuzzi, which is cool. Rooms were warm and there was always hot water. I had some questions about public transport by bus to Sofia and they immediatly answerde my quetsion by searching on internet and offerde me to bring me to the busstation. The room was good and there was a big choice of food while having breakfest. One evening I ate at the restaurant which was also really good. The Teddy House is an nice not to big place to stay!

  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:).
