  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff. The design of the rooms is very modern. We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.   Excellent facilities, quite a good location. - The spa facilities at this hotel are excellent. The indoor pool is huge. Bansko in summer is very quiet but you can visit the Pirin National Park for superb scenery and walks. Front desk staff very helpful. Overall very good value for money.
