  The staff were really helpful and friendly. We asked for a kettle in our room and we were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette at no extra charge. Organized taxi to take us back to the airport.   I specifically liked the kindness of Smilena and the fact that she did her best to make sure we have a nice holiday. The villa was very nice, spacious and clean and also very well equipped. Nice indoor pool, prefect private beach and nice spa too :) I would recommend it for all people for relaxation, and especially to those not very used with international travel as the staff is very supportive.
