  I specifically liked the kindness of Smilena and the fact that she did her best to make sure we have a nice holiday. The villa was very nice, spacious and clean and also very well equipped.   This hotel is in a great location on the promenade with sea views.The rooms had triple glazing so it was very quiet. We had dinner in their restaurant "Francis Drake" and the food was excellent quality...one of the best restaurants in Balchik.   Viktoria Family Hotel is situated on the main street in Balchik. It is a small hotel but is very cozy and pleasant. We stayed for 7 nights, and we had breakfast included. It was safe there, I wouldn't be happy though with the car parked on the street near a forest, even though there is a guardian.
