  Viktoria Family Hotel is situated on the main street in Balchik. It is a small hotel but is very cozy and pleasant. We stayed for 7 nights, and we had breakfast included. It was safe there, I wouldn't be happy though with the car parked on the street near a forest, even though there is a guardian.
