We liked everything about this hotel from the welcome we received and the prompt email reply when I asked about a very late check-in. The room was very large recently refurbished and the bed was very very comfortable. Everything was amazing. The apartment was very confortable and well equipped. It was even better than the rooms of many 4 star hotels in London.The staff was extremely polite and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is excellent- close to the city center and to many shops and restaurants.I would definitely go there again.
