  The moment we arrived staff greeted us very politely. The rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms have both shower cabin and a bathtub, so it is spacious. There's a TV in the room, and a balcony. Probably because of cheap labor expenses still you can enjoy service corresponding to a high level hotel on a reasonable value. At the hotel works modest and professional staff, there are excellent facilities the location; kitchen and security are very good. We give 10 of 10.

  The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Most of them spoke some English and if unable to understand quickly found somebody who could.   Villa Bagheera is a part of the Emerald complex which is big and very family oriented. That means a lot of children playing around the pool. However, this does not bother us at all, as we like children. The Spa area is said to be among the best in Bulgaria, we didnt use it however.
