  I found the staff to be approachable and helpful. The ocean view room was terrific - great view of Copacabana Beach. Plus, we allowed a late check out because our flight home left in the evening.   Even before we left the UK our host Isobel was most welcoming arranging pick up at the airport. We woke up the next morning to the most amazing view and fantastic breakfast on the veranda.
