  The staff were very professional, friendly and spoke excellent English - unlike staff at most hotels in Lapa and Glória. The breakfast service is fairly standard but good. The location is great, about 700m from metro, bus stops even closer, taxi's driving past front door at any time of day or night, very accessible, walkin distance to arches of lapa, and night life area. breakfast in the morning is delicious and a large variety.

  New Hostel only opened 5 months before so facilities are pristine condition. Stylish design, Staff wear casual but 'branded' tops. This is a classy joint in the 'cultural' area, don't be fooled by the aged outside appearance..the inside is superb.
