It's one of the recently renovated hotels and for the price you pay it's excellent value. Great location (5-10 min walk from the affluent streets) , breakfast is great, staff is polite and helpful. Internet is painfully slow sometimes, but I have stayed at worse places for much higher price in SP. So, I cherish it. -

My room was huge and modern, with a nice city view, a little kitchenette and a large bathroom with a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and varied.
