At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.

From the moment of checking in until the moment of checking out the staff were excellent in carrying out their duties in all areas of the hotel.
