  This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable.   I really enjoyed the service provided by the following staff: Paulo Rogerio from the night shift kitchen staff, Etevaldo from the day shift and the night manager Fabio. They saved the hotels reputation as I found the other staff quite average. - nice buffet breakfast fridge and microwave close to diners 3 blocks from metro

  The apartment was very large and comfortable. It also had a nice kitchen to use. The location is in the heart of Jardins, which makes shopping easy.
