What a nice place this was; the staff was absolutely excellent from the parking lot attendant to the young woman at the reception (she spoke excellent English); the apartment is conveniently located between the Old Town sights and the new town sights (i.e. Romeo & Juliet Bridge); the apartment was clean and modern with a very good kitchen and bathroom; the bed was comfortable and the WiFi was great; there was a big flat screen TV which we didn't use; parking was completely secure with round.
所有评语 » Having a cozy apartment with free parking right in the center of Sarajevo is certainly a plus. The apartment is easy to reach by car and it's walking distant from all major sites in the city. In that sense, exactly what we were looking for. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, both the person at the gate and the girl at the office. Modern furniture, very spacious walk-in closet although no drawers. We also were allowed to leave the car with our luggage inside the parking after we checked-o. Casa United was the ideal apartment for our short stay in Sarajevo. It is perfectly located in the centre with all the main attractions a walking distance away. The host/owner was very friendly and provided us with tourist maps and suggestions. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well designed. The car park space is very useful and secure. The owner even let us keep the car there on our final morning for a few hours after we had checked out. We recommend Casa United and, should we vis. I had a pleasant time at Sarajevo. Casa United was one of the best places I've ever stayed over in a holiday trip. The staff were great, especially the young girl who works in the reception in the morning. She's was friendly, polite, helpful, and she have us a nice tips of the city and a historical explanation of the city. It was priceless for us. I would like to thank her for being so lovely. We definetly has a great time in there. At the reception, we were well-received, and directly, everything was done to make us feel confortable. Our only request was a clean bathroom and it was absolutely the case. Reception helped us by giving us timetables for Mostar and giving us useful information. Appartments are really well-located in the center of Sarajevo. Everything is close, and the street is full of place to go out, All the main sightseeings are close as well. Apartments are located in the center of Sarajevo. Room was clean, with large and very comfy double bed. There is a large flat TV, fridge, kettle with complementary coffee and tea. Wireless internet connection is free with very good signal. Parking is also free of charge and secure. Staff was very friendly and ready to help. Casa United are definitely for a recommendation!. The staff was very friendly (especially the man who welcomed us and carried our suitcases). Location perfect near the old city, everything in the center can be done by foot. Wifi was very fast. Car can be safely placed on their terrain and is guarded 24x7. Defenitly will return here when visiting Sarajevo and or the mountains. Close to pedestrian zone, great gal at front desk gave us a map of the city and circled the places we wanted to visit, it was a very comfortable apartment. Parking was convenient, but a little tight for our van. We made it work, though. I also liked that across the street there was a grocery store with a deli counter. The staff was extremely friendly! This really made it for me. The room was small but it had everything we needed. The location was very good as well. The hotel arranged a car for us the morning we left to go to the train station. That made things very easy for us. The price was already agreed upon before he arrived. Excellent location, apartment and staff. Very comfortable and stylish. An unexpected bonus was the Sarajevo Film Festival practically on the door step. Verly lively in the evenings; the apartment block is very close to all the nightlife, but set back from the street, so sufficiently quiet and secluded. Recommend. The staff was really polite and friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The apartment was very clean and spacious and best of all the location of it is excellent, right in the center of the city. Casa United will definitely be my number one option when I come visit Sarajevo next time!. Great location to walk to the Old Town and river, clean, modern, small room and bathroom. You can find everything what you need, shopping, historical place, banks, restaurants everything and our homeowner is the best, she help you what you need just ask her ;) again and again thanks everybody. The owner was waiting in the street to help us find the apartment - located in the yard. He was offering assistance with everything we needed. Apartment good for two couples - small but comfortable. Very close to all tourist spots. Highly recommended. Nice though somewhat small rooms right in the city center. Parking in the inner court, fast internet, friendly staff with lots of useful hints to explore Sarajevo. You get a good breakfast in a café right across the street. Definitely recommend!. Couldn't have been a more pleasant stay. Great location where you can walk to all the sites in the old village in Sarajevo, comfortable, modern. Beds are nice, looks like it has been newly renovated. We stayed in the 1 bedroom loft suite with our 2 teens and it worked out great. The service by the staff at the hotel was the best I have ever experienced in Europe. They went beyond their jobs to help us in whatever way they could. My friends and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarajevo. I like the apartment's layout and the fact that we were completely independent. Also, there is a parking and it is free. The Staff was also very helpful and accomodating. Just a couple small things: the coffee cups were small and the dining room bar stool chairs were a little uncomfortable; there's lots of windows but no real view; the entrance sign on the street is small so pay attention as you approach. Our main complain was that the apartment was extremely cold when we got there and it took hours for it to warm-up. We had to wear our coats inside. Also, the bed covers were a bit think and we couldn't find blankets, so that didn't help. We missed having a night-table and bedside light to read at night. only thing is that the toilet didn't flush good. everything else perfect. There are no kitchen facilities, which isn't a big deal if you only stayed one night like us but it would be nice if staying longer. There is a mini-fridge so that was great for keeping our water cold. Nothing!. Nothing I didn't like, it was a bit pricey but you pay for what you get. And Casa United was good a choice!. On a one-way street tucked back between buildings, so call if you have a problem finding it. Nightclub nearby had loud music, but we were so tired that it didn't bother us. The room we were given was very small, but thankfully it had a walk-in closet that saved the room from being unusable. unfortunately nothing saved the bathroom, it was the tiny, hardly 1 square meter of surface. it was impossible to use the sink. I was washing my face and teeth inside the tiny little shower! The good thing is they have other rooms, so remember to ask for a room with a big bathroom, it will make a difference. We liked everything!. No dish towels in the kitchen, only paper towel, but may have been an over site. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing. one bathroom in suit and a little bathroom :( except that everything was great... It would be better to add a mirror in each room n a small wardrobe. In winter the heating system is not enough :). We had to pay in cash. it is a little difficult to find if you are by car. Nothing. It was quite hard to find as signs to the apartment aren't visible enough.
