  I had a wonderful stay in Ghent, and I have to say that it was thanks to the very warm welcome I received from the hosts of the Cuberdon B&B. When I texted to say when I’d be arriving, they offered to pick me up from the station as they happened to be passing. (A very welcome offer after so many hours travelling). The breakfast - Very friendly and helpfull staff during our stay. Every morning a very nice breakfast. You can ask anything about your stay in Gent, they have all info at the B&B. B/C of the 30 min. walk, we looked for a nearby restaurant; There is a fun restaurant nearby it's called 'Fabula Rasa' it's good food/nice price Kurt and Jurgen we Loved our stay.

After a day of walking, my wife was not up to walking to any local restaurants so he - The reception by the staff was very friendly and informative. The building was fancy and the rooms are large. The hotel is situated in a large mansion which used to be a number of things in the past and is nicely transformed into a (mere) fifteen room accommodation. The king- sizey bed was excellent and the bathroom was nice. We also had a great time in the City of Ghent, which we had a nice walk to (about 20-30 minutes) and returned from by tram.
