  Very friendly and capable hotel staff, very good value for money overall. The hotel is really close to the center of Ostend and the beach. - The Manager and his wife were very friendly. The breakfast could not be faulted. The Dinner was excellent

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was simple but clean and had enough room for a couple with two small children (triple room). The breakfast buffet was good. The location just 100 metres from the beach and with plenty of food outlets nearby was great. The Hotel is also not far from the train station,could be reached walking. The staff was also supportive. Overall its value for money.

One can see how ambitious our host Alicia is in what she is doing. So one really feels welcome as a guest. This is holiday! We were lucky to find such a nice stay and would always come again.
