Only using the hotel as an overnight stop, we found every thing to be of great value. Nice room, clean, hotel near to city center. Near City center. Close to city centre and very silent rooms available. Great location, polite helpful staff, nice room. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly, and made an effort to be understood despite the language barrier. Parking was private and very secure. The babycot was waiting for us when we got there and was set up very nicely for my son. He slept great. I think it was in a great location for visiting Mons, though we were just staying there en route to Paris.
所有评语 » It was quiet, within walking distance of the city centre and the staff were genuinely helpful. Breakfast was delightful and represented excellent value at only 14 euro. Recently refurbished. Nice and clean with off street parking. Staff were friendly. This is a good place to get your head down and it is not far from Mons square.very central to the town, relatively quiet (apart from traffic noise first thing in the morning) pleasant staff. The staff was really kind and also always willing to help.The furnishing is nice.the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Very nice staff, flexible service. Great decor and luxurious. central location, pleasant building and furnishings, very pleasant breakfast and staff. Location, friendly staff and nice room. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed.recently restored, simple but complete rooms (besides no internet in room). Visit Carnival at Binche. The polite staff. proximity to town. The hotel was clean and comfortable and there was a private car park with gates. Size of room, and quality of fittings. Easy to reach, private parking. Useful place to stoip. It was near and within walking distance of the centre of town with its several restaurants. The personnel are always excellent.Mons town centre 10 mins away was very pleasant. Location. Walking distance to city centre.My one complaint was that we had a room with a bath, no shower cubicle. However I wasn't sufficiently annoyed to check if rooms with proper shower facilities were available, so not a serious complaint really. The room we were in faced a street, so it was a bit noisy. The room was a little cold - that probably could have been remedied had I made an effort to do so. I didn't realize it was cold until after we were all in bed. The trash cans were tiny - only a problem with diapers. My son (18 months) didn't like the shower, but it worked out.The hotel could do with a lick of paint or a very thorough clean; it had a slightly tired feel about it which is a shame. No real negatives. The hotel provided what we needed this visit. . only disappointment was no tea making facilities in the room. lack of internet access, request for extra pillow - had to carry same! Lift out of order. ridiculous lighting system on stairs, inadequate lights in otherwise pleasant bathroom. Wi/Fi access should be free. Room temperature was too cold for the winter months.not really - nice stay. Breakfast was good, sufficient, but expensive.The comfort of the room. the bed was uncomfortable. We were on motorcycles and the car park was treacherous, deep, loose stones and on a steep slope! Breakfast was not included, which made this quite an expensive stay. Bed clothes not flexible for warmer weather. The plumbing is a a bit run down. Internet didn't work. We were in an annexe (had not been told) and had to go through an open courtyard. The curtains in the room were hanging off the rail and the double! bed was tiny. The tap by the handbasin was very loose and wobbly. We feared it would break off. The breakfast at Euro 12.I stayed in Room on 15 and 16 Oct 08. The carpeting was very dirty, the bathroom sink was wobbly and did not drain. When I came back to stay the night of 18 Oct 08, the lift was out of order and I had to carry my 2 piece of heavy luggage by myself to the 2nd floor. Room door stuck , small towel , room in annex not main building was notlike website , internet connection not included in price and expensive. Had a single room at roof level: bathroom was larger than the bedroom.
