They are all multilingual and very knowledgable about the surrounding area and have suggestions about what to do in the Brussels area. The rooms are very clean and you get a real good value for your euro especially compared to the prices of other hotels in the same area. I stayed with a big group there. The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is excellent. You are wake distance from the Grand Place and the Manneken Pis. You have nice restaurants and bars as well. The owner is very friendly. We loved it! We will definitely stay there again.
