Huisjes aan Zee offers chalets 3.5 km from De Haan and 1 km from the beach with free wired internet access. The facilities include an oven, dishwasher and Senseo coffee machine. Each of the unique chalets has a different layout featuring a living room with a flat-screen cable TV and DVD player, kitchen with dining table and a bathroom. The chalets also have a secluded garden each with seating area and 2 free ladies bicycles to rent. The centre of Oostende is a 15-minute drive from the chalets. Plopsaland theme park is less than 40 minutes’ drive away. Sealife Centre Blankenberge is 14 km from Huisjes aan Zee. There is a coastal tram service providing easy connection between De Haan and other seaside cities such as Oostende and Blankenberge.

We liked everything there was nothing not to like , the houses are beautiful in secure grounds and the owners make you very welcome. Facilities inside were superb , comfy beds . Very easy to find excellent value for money would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Belgium. Lovely well equipped house in a great location. Friendly and helpful host...we hope to return in the Spring.
