Not only was the welcome extremely warm and the staff utterly delightful but the appartment was clean, homely, discrete and perfectly located. One felt absolutely at home here, with a very real sense of living at the heart of a truly international city. The whole experience eclipsed any that one might have from staying at an exclusive or corporate hotel. We will certainly return - thank you!.
所有评语 » This was our second stay at Residence Grand Place and it was as perfect as the first. The staff were absolutely charming and extremely helpful. For a family visiting Brussels this is the most perfect hotel; with a perfect view of one of the most beautiful places in Europe, it is second to none in our extensive experience of hotels and apartments.Location couldn't be better. The staff was very accomodating and allowed us to leave our baggage on the day we checked in (before the apartment was ready) and also on the day we left. Also, they gave us a call while we were out and about to notify us when the room was ready. The late night noise wasn't as bad as others have said in their reviews. The personnel is extremely friendlly, the service is perfect and our appartment was very confortabel, stylish and brandnew. The location is also perfect and you find everyting on a walking distance of the appartment.That the hotel was close to everything, we didn't use our car, we walked. There was a relaxed atmosphere at the hotel and the arpartment was roomy, clean and aesthetics modern. The hotel was just great. Location perfect and hotel staff just outstanding. It could be a little noise at time, but not that bad.Location of hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The apartment came with everything required for our stay. The room was very nice, and the view was magnificent (and that (about the view) is a major understatement).A great location and wonderful apartment... such a comfortable fold out couch.... You had all the facilities you might need for a medium length stay and the freedom to access the Residence with your own key. The views of the Grand Place were spectacular and very romantic. Location of the hotel cannot be beaten(right on the Grand Place). Perfect location directly on Grand place, very nice room with perfect Grand Place view, with good bedding and furnitures. The shower head was not a stand in the bath so had to sit down in the tub to shower. Hotel was a little confusing to find as currently waiting for hotel sign to be made however the attendant was extremely helpful when he saw us looking lost!. No hotel/residence markings at all on street level, however if one trusts the address and the street number it is easy enough to find.Just a little tricky to find but well worth it in the end. Look carefully for shop number!!. N/A...A little loud but we knew that going in...it is right on the grandplatz.Very-very noisy! Take with yourself earplugs!. Very, very narrow abd hard stairway to appartments on second and third floor.as its a historical building , you will not find hotel sign outside on the facade....just number 46.... The bedroom needs a ceiling fan.The only thing I missed was a hairdryer in bath room. Hair dryer,a light at the kitchenette was missing.very cold room. Since there is no sign for the hotel it was a little hard to find. Also the stairs up to the room are really steep and narrow. The room and hotel staff more then made up for this though!. It all seemed so perfect in the evening but then on going to bed you heard the noise from later night revellers coming through Grand Place. This, however, was nothing compared to the bin men in the morning. The sleeping bank was not so verry good, but we slept well.Location was noisy at times, but the view made up for that. The client is used to move the luggege from the car parking to the hotel which is about 300 m..a little bit noisy at night (outside);. noisy. very noisy place, you can not call for a taxi, because it is a walking area. Down side: a lot of noise: from drunken tourists till later then 24:00 h and from working trafic (trucs etc.) from ca. 5 in the morning ... and from neighbours uper floor. So hardly any noise isolation from in- and outside. So did not have too much sleep ... Tip: bring a good pair of noise isolating ear plugs and then you might have a real great stay.72 stairs to climb. Very bad sound proofing, or not at all! Music from a bar nearby very annoying.Can be noisy at night due to activity in the Grand Place - you might want to take ear-plugs. However, this is not a fault of the hotel, it is the price you pay for an excellent location. Water pressure in the bathroom and kitchen was too low. Too much noise, impossible to sleep as they start cleaning the street and all the garbage cans from 6am. There are a lot of restaurants/bars in the street so they make noise in the morning.
