  We spent 1 night in Hotel Duc de Bouillon, which is combined with a lovely Italian restaurant (breakfast is served there). The room was cosy and clean, breakfast was also OK. Hotel is located in the heart of Bouillon which is a relatively small town. No private parking, but you can easily find a parking place in the neighbourhood for free. The rooms were decent size with a big double bed. Location is perfect as it is situated right in the centre of town.   I would stay there again and plan on it. The rooms are quiet and clean. The breakfast in the morning is 1st class as well as the staff. Parking was great since the whole town is free. - Location of the hotel. Value for money.
