  The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.

The owner, 'The big momma' was very polite and accommodating and made our stay most enjoyable.Location was fantastic and the rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. We usually visit different venues and hotels on each ski holiday but the stay was so enjoyable that we will definitely be returning again.

They gave us a lot of guidance before arrival and during our stay and also gave us some really good recommendations for restaurants and other non-ski activities. Rooms was spacious and well lit with very good high pressure (and always hot) showers. Restaurant food was great and the location was perfect for our visit.
