  I was delighted to discover this excellent hotel right in the centre of Vienna, immediately opposite the Stephansdom. My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on.   Very friendly and helpful staff. As requested we received a room in the top floors. The room was very inviting, bright, super clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent as well.   The Stefanie exceeded my expectations. Here are some atras about the Stefanie. 1. Most of the staff spoke English. 2. Excellent location for everything. It is a short walk to two different U Bahn stations on the Red Line and just a little further to a station on the orange line. The tram goes right past the hotel's door. Restaurant offered good selection of dishes and breakfast buffet had lots of choice and variety. Hotel gave a detailed tourist guide and map on checking in which was a very welcome gesture.   Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging.
