he arrived 5 minutes late :-(
A little trouble with English, but no problem :-).
No cleaning during the whole week, they even don't want to change
your towels. The personal sent me confirmation of paying only when I
called them 4 times.
Very bad foul smell from the bathroom and there is no discharge to the bathroom and told them about the problem, but without the attention of the size of the room very small online communities you must pay a fee.
There wasn't any sign on the building, it took us about 30 min to
find the place. No one has met us, we called staff and waited for 40 min
outside. There wasn't any information about cleaning fee. When we
got a check, price was twice bigger than an initial one, because they
have included finish cleaning (30 €), again there wasn't such info
in the booking page or welcome mail.
