Set in a quiet park, Gartenhotel Toni is a 5-minute walk St. Johann' centre. It offers a wide selection of quality wines at the bar and panoramic mountain views. In winter, the ski bus to the ski areas of the Kitzbühel Alps stops right in front of the hotel. The next ski lift of the Sankt Johann in Tirol/Oberndorf Ski Area is only 900 metres away. All rooms in the Gartenhotel are furnished in Tyrolean style and have a private bathroom and a cable TV. From your room you can enjoy views of the Kitzbühel Alps. The friendly owners are very knowledgeable about wines and spirits and are happy to share their knowledge with guests. They also can give you lots of tips about what to see and do and where to dine. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire hotel. You can make free use of the hotel's iPad in the public areas and the garden, and there is also an internet corner available for the free use of all guests. Spa facilities include a sauna, a solarium and a fitness room. Kids can have fun on the playground in the garden, while you can enjoy panoramic mountain views from the terrace. Hotel guests can use the Panorama-Badewelt, which is 200 metres away, free of charge. It features indoor and outdoor pools and a heated hot tub.

The Gartenhotel Toni is a 3 star hotel and amazing value at the price. It's modern, clean and comfortable. It even has it's own sauna! We were given great tips for eating out and things to do in the area (mountain walking, discovering waterfalls, swimming/relaxing by lakes), and the advice was always sound. The breakfast was varied and very good quality. The staff were always cheerful and helpful and it's a place we plan to return to. St Johann itself is very central for access to Salzburg .

De tips voor restaurants in de buurt, waren ook stuk voor stuk TOP! Als kers op de taart mochten we van Thomas de 2de helft van ons verblijf in het luxeappartement logeren zonder meerkost. Dit is echt outstanding! Ongelofelijke mooi en zeer veel luxe. Wij hebben ervan genoten!. We have had a wonderful stay. Personal welcome with a glass of proseco upon arrival. Personal advice on Restaurants, ski areas/slopes and region. The owner Thomas took a lot of time for us and gave us an upgrade to a Superior room with 2 balconies with view on ski slopes of St. Johan and in the sun.Lovely room !! Clean hotel and great friendly personel. Great breakfast. We would really recommend this Hotel to everybody. Great !!. - completely renovated hotel (great mix of traditional and modern design) - fantastic staff always ready to help you (suggestions for best trips, restaurants, events) - calm place (not noisy) - beautiful garden - 24h open bar with great wine list - just one hour from Salzburg, Munich and Innsbruck - great restaurants in center of the city just 10 min on foot. Perfect location for a vacation in Tyrol. Personnel availability for trip advices each day. Nice nearby, comfortables rooms, balanced breakfast, easy to reach to mountains trips or lakes for swimming, relaxing people, all these recommend the hotel as a very good choice for holiday. Great hospitability offered by the owner Thomas and his staff. Central (10 min stroll to the centre) but nice quiet location. Big spacious rooms with panoramic views over the mountains (from rooms that foresee this). Had an overall positive experience during our stay here. Very nice new facility. Location was for us OK. (Its about eight minute from centre) Staff and the owners family were brilliant, helpful, nothing was to much trouble!! breakfast was delicious!! Nice view and terrace in room 6. Really cute hotel. Superb stay!!. everything ! it eas fabulous! thomas the owner is a fantastic host! he excels himself and his personality and hospitality is something I.ll always remember from this holiday! decor and cleanliness is wonderful too and his prosecco -wish ihad bought some. The wifi service wasn't so good in our room but excellent everywhere else. - Sheets were not exchanged at all during our 1.5 week stay. - Not all rooms are as modern/luxurious as the pictures show.
