  We were travelling with teenage daughters and we all appreciated the family unit that had two bedrooms and very spacious bathroom. The breakfast room was lovely and the selection of food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All staff people were friendly, speeking in several languages, helpful in every queation like booking tours, asking weather forcast, maps, places to visit, taxi booking and so on and so on. I had really no problems and no questions without answer!

  非常好，房间整洁，还有个大阳台，去市区去机场都很方便，门口的2路和10路都到，楼下有超市和商场，距离1站车位置有麦当劳，不过价格浮动很大，第一天我预定是46.8,第二天54，第三天66.8,所以第三天我另外选了酒店，不过行李寄存免费，很方便，停车场11欧元，早晨5.9,在这旅游城市算便宜了。 - Friendly staff 地點其實不差，火車站跟老城區都有巴士（2號4號10號）直達。好像是搭到sterneckstraße 站。如果有其他梅寧格的帳單可以打95折。

  Breakfast was good to include in the cost of the room. Great coffee. Room 218 had the best surprise - our lovely balcony. We enjoyed wine and cheese and crackers and a good read each afternoon on our peaceful balcony. The bier garden had great food at fair prices. Parking was a plus. The desk clerk placed our leftover picnic meat and cheese in the kitchen refrigerator until we were ready to leave. Comfortable be - Rooms were really clean and comfortable, even if one had a really small bathroom. It's a bit far from the centre of the city, but there are a lot of bus and it's easy to get everywhere.Staff really kind and great breakfast!

  The owners are very friendly. They did their best to help us when we got some troubles with the car. The location is pretty good if you travel by car. - Staff friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble! :)

But after having been thereand experiencing first hand none of those negative comments applied. We experienced no noise. - The Star Hotel in Salzburg was brilliant! its location to the city,via a walk through a pedestrian tunnel puts you within a hundred metres of the main shopping area.Our room was spotlessly clean and although it overlooked the main road into the city we did not experience any roadnoise.The staff were always very polite and smiling(a rare commodity these days).
