  Friendlyness of staff, location just perfect, 5 minutes walking into the historic old town of graz and just next to the fresh farmers market.   I cannot praise this establishment too highly. I found everything about it excellent. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. I wish I been staying for longer than just overnight. If I have the opportunity I would go back for longer - It was totally relaxing. Everything was convenient.

Also the family dog Finn was a very good friendly ambassador :-) I misjudged the distance of the Eberhard to the bahnhof and we actually walked from the bahnhof, down the hauptstrasse to the Church then down to Eberhard.
