We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. Location is very convenient. The city center is 10 minutes away by tram and there is a train station around the corner with direct trains from / to the airport. (use regular train, and avoid the CAT, way too expansive !!)
Apartment is big, clean and quiet. Bed is very comfy. There is laundry and fitness facility! You need to call a number to schedule your ETA, etc and it's working well. People on the phone are very friendly.
