there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.

(We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. Hotel location is excellent. Town center within 10 minutes walk, U-bahn (Kärtnerring/Karlsplatz) within 5 minutes and it is still quiet enough. Staff is nice, friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is really rich in choices. Recommended parking is near the hotel and there's an option for getting close to a hotel by car, for carrying luggage. -

房间的布置很艺术，我们入住的房间墙纸充满东方情调，不知道是不是特意这样安排的，电话、台灯也是复古式样的，电视机是隐蔽式的，藏在墙上的装饰画后面。早餐丰盛美味，用餐的地方布置得也很好，绿意盎然。整体环境都不错。离纳旭市场非常近，市中心的几条购物大街其实用走的就可以到了。 -
位置很好，到Karlsplatz地铁中转站只需要走三分钟左右。且酒店就在露天市场旁边的巷子中，买东西很方便，走到金色大厅也只需要十分钟。
