The Hotel was very close to all transport links, tram, bus and U-bahn. Only a few stops by U-bahn line 3 to the CAT train. Staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English and even helped improved my German. Breakfast was a wide range of items. I like Fabrik hotel very much. If I come to Vienna I always stay in this hotel. It's got a charming atmosphere with its inner courtyard, wall in brick, high smoke-stack, flowers, shrubs, trees.... One can easily forget it is in the centre of Vienna. Any time I enter the inner courtyard I feel to enter another world, full of peace and harmony. -

Spacious rooms in an old factory, which you see nicely at the courtyard. It's near two U-bahn (underground) stations, only 3 stops from e.g. Karlsplatz, and within walking distance/one or two stops from Schonbrunn, Naschmarkt, (gay) bars, Wien Westbahnhof (west station). Great breakfast and friendly staff.
