Very nice hotel, well located near to three metro stations (U4, U6). The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We booked only one day in advance but they gave us exactly the type of room we wanted. The room was spacious, very quiet, clean, well equipped and it has the most comfortable pillows I have ever seen. The breakfast is ok. A very pleasant stay. I recommend it.

It's near two U-bahn (underground) stations, only 3 stops from e.g. Karlsplatz, and within walking distance/one or two stops from Schonbrunn, Naschmarkt, (gay) bars, Wien Westbahnhof (west station).
