  The owner is very sweet and will go out of his way to help you. Left us travel books on Vienna with maps. The apartment we stayed in was very cute with flowers and small backyard. Good cooking facilities, bath, shower, washing machine. A group of 5 of us stayed here but I would recommend 4 only.   I like Fabrik hotel very much. If I come to Vienna I always stay in this hotel. It's got a charming atmosphere with its inner courtyard, wall in brick, high smoke-stack, flowers, shrubs, trees.... If you travel by bus from Student Agency it stops almost next to the hotel. In general everything was ok.
