Their manner of taking careof guests is superb. As a "fussy" traveller, I highly recommend thishotel for their first class service. The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels.
