Their manner of taking careof guests is superb. As a "fussy" traveller, I highly recommend thishotel for their first class service. The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown .
Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues.
They did allow one extra child no extra charge.
