Excellent nstaff. Someone had been smoking in my room. The receptionist, Connie,did everything possible to get rid of the odour. It is a bit hidden, but it is definitely worth hunting it out. Since it was snowing very hard when we arrived, we took a taxi from the CAT (City Airport Train) which made it easy for us to find it. Overall, it was was a great experience, and I would definitely return to this hotel.

Excellent studio apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was great to be so central and be able to walk to most of the sites. kitchenette, so you don't have to go out to eat for every single

Plus the staff is always very, very helpful. The breakfast is hot and cold and cooked right there, it changes every day too. And of course, you are a two minute walk from the museum and Hofburg area.

Room was totally fine, big enough and shared bathroom access was not a
problem for the 4 nights I was there. An exceptionally good price made
any minor bother ok. Excellent neighborhood to explore and close enough
to the 1st district to walk. Try the City Bike bike sharing located a
few blocks away at the Rathaus. Only 1 euro then unlimited 1 hour trips!
