You can buy your underground tickets from the reception desk. The apartment is placed in central location and it is spacious and comfortable. It is clean and well maintained. Central heating, well equipped kitchen, flat TV, WiFi, remote controlled blinds, big bathroom all in mirrors, roomy wardrobe and everything else you need to feel cozy. Excellent nstaff. Someone had been smoking in my room. The receptionist, Connie,did everything possible to get rid of the odour. She found and lit scented candles , opened windows etc. This was very impressive customer service. Although the offensive odour diminshed a little...it was effort tthat impresssed me. It is a bit hidden, but it is definitely worth hunting it out. Since it was snowing very hard when we arrived, we took a taxi from the CAT (City Airport Train) which made it easy for us to find it. Overall, it was was a great experience, and I would definitely return to this hotel.
