You can buy your underground tickets from the reception desk. 位置很好，到Karlsplatz地铁中转站只需要走三分钟左右。且酒店就在露天市场旁边的巷子中，买东西很方便，走到金色大厅也只需要十分钟。

The hotel is lovely and decorated with many interesting pieces of art. The breakfast was excellant with very high quality food. The location is very good and within walking distance to the museums, the Hofburg and old town section. Two U-Bahn stops are also close by. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. Plus the staff is always very, very helpful. The breakfast is hot and cold and cooked right there, it changes every day too. And of course, you are a two minute walk from the museum and Hofburg area.
