Andreas and his wife (and of course the softest "guard" dog you will ever meet, Nellie) are very friendly as are all the staff there, and the hotel is run so efficiently but in a relaxed and friendly way. Our room was amazing, the shower is fantastic, a huge balcony (which due to the weather we unfortunately could not make use of) and the free coffee and soft drinks is a realy bonus.

  Nice clean studio room. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for quick meals. Location is close to the Zentrum bus stop for the free ski bus as well as bus to/from Zell Am See.   Simply furnished but clean a room with a large bathroom. Tasty breakfast. A balcony with a stunning views. Beautiful place, great owners with a cute dog. Nothing was a problem. - Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Hosts were a perfect mix of friendly and approachable but left you to your own devices. Rooms and breakfast all spot on.

  Gerlinde was very very very kind. We like her smile and lught. We felt we are home. She was checkin on us and making suggestions to go on town. Also we have experienced the Austria hospitality during our stay. The location was very good and the house was good as well.   I liked everything in the pansion. It is located in the center of Kaprun, all the shops and bars are just 2-3 minutes to walk. The hosts are very hospitable and ready to help in every situation. The pansion is extremely clean, the interior is new. Ski bus stops just in 10 meters from the front door and in 10 minutes it is bringing you to both resorts (K - I like this family a lot. They are very friendly. I stayed for 2 night but I was hopping to stay more. They also provide Zell am see kaprun card for free, so you can enjoy most of the tourist places without paying (fantastic offer). I enjoy my stay with them. Also, their hotel is near the kaprun kitzsteinhorn a very fantastic tourist place. I strongly recommended this house.:)

  I loved every moment of the 2 weeks I stayed there. Stunning location - we had a balcony with the most amazing mountain views. So close to the ski bus stop which was a pleasure. Also had a fantastic breakfast each morning with a view of the Castle. Comfortable and clean room stocked with all you need for self catering.
