  Pretty much everything. The staff speaks fluent English and satsfied all my needs, answered all the questions. The room was clean, pleasantly spacy (although not large), with very comfortable bathroom. The location is about 10 minutes of walk from the train station that gets you to the airport every half an hour. I'm not sure if there are any buses going close to the hotel, I had to walk about 10 minutes - We stayed in a family room for 1 night due to our early morning flight. This hotel was ok for that purpose. The shuttle bus to the airport was a perfect option. We paid eur 18 for all 4 of us. Alternative would be to walk 10 minutes to the station and take s7 for eur 7 in total. So it was worth to pay a bit more for the comfort.

  The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but very close to the U-bahn orange line (U3). The staff was wonderful -- very helpful. The room was clean and efficient -- internet was very fast -- what a nice plus in a hotel of this size and price range. And the breakfast (included) was excellent. No fault could be found with the hotel or location. It has a good location for shopping as there is a major mall within walking distance.
