I had traveled 900km to pick up a caravan from Wagga and the staff were so nice and friendly when I arrived. It was just what I needed. The room was spacious and well appointed. I ate in the restaurant and was impressed with Wayne the waiter and the quality of the food. Lovely atmosphere. Plenty of parking which catered for my caravan as well. The quietness of the location just out of the city centre but most things were only a few minutes drive. The staff were exceptionally courteous and very helpful. Food was delicious and a wide variety for everyone to choose from.
所有评语 » Excellent restaurant, very good service and very friendly staff. Ideally located just out of Wagga Wagga, therefore you elt as if you were away from it all - even if only ten minutes away!! Excellent for Conferences etc etc. I have stayed in this hotel many times and every experience is great. The staff are lovely and very helpful and the rooms are very clean. I will always stay at this hotel. Staff friendliness was superb and extremely accommodating. Room was amazingly quiet given the proximity to the highway. Would definitely stay there again. Kevin & Jo were very friendly and helpful. Their service was personal and professional. The food in the restuarant was first class and great value. We thought the staff were very friendly and efficient. Dining room well appointed. Yours staffs attitude made our stay very enjoyable. Very friendly staff. Peaceful location. Free use of tennis courts and free outlet of rackets and balls. Very good (and free) parking. The room was an excellent size and very clean. Good value for money breakfast. Friendly staff. Good facilities for Families. Set back off the highway so noise was not a problem. Outlook out the back of hotel was very peaceful, serene. Restaurant beautiful food. Staff very helpful and would stay again. Still have some further renovations to finalise. However very good even tho' this is ongoing. The beds were uncomfortable. No windows in living room in appartment, and furnishment not ideal for 4 people. The shower in the bath room was not top quality. Very difficult to find a right (and stable) temperature. Bathroom dated, but still functional. The living area was TINY! Ok for us as we only stayed the one night but for a family unit one sofa in tiny room isn't big enough. The breakfast was served in our room rather than the resturant however it was Sunday in all fairness to the staff. Air con is in process of being refurbed and the rooms were cold. There needs to be more 'things' in the room. We had a toaster but no plates or cuttlery?. The weather, only there one full day and there was a storm. Shower didn't run very well, hot water kept cutting in and out. You had to pay to use the Austar. I could not find the free wifi from my room, I could only connect to it outside closer to the reception office. the kettle posed a enigma when trying to fill it. maybe a smaller kettle or a taller sink riser. Missed on the letsbookhotel.com that the restaurant was not open on Sundays- my fault. Nothing. shower taps....very tight to adjust. the angus steak smelt a bit funny. nothing. Bathroom mould. Room was pokey and the couch was ancient. One the way out of town and the traffic noise is constant. Missed the restaurant as it was not opened the day we were there. The rooms I booked weren't what I expected. The description said 2 bedrooms but I expected a dividing lounge of some sort which there wasn't any. The quality of the rooms was not what I expected. The only thing I found strange was no radio in the room, however the alarm had an ipod dock. Apart from that, all good. Shower pressure was bad and temperature was not easy to get right. Place also needs a refurb and family room not big enough for 4 people. Toilet not properly cleaned, table not properly cleaned and sticky, could not shower until maintenance fixed shower rose which kept falling down. Expect better given the expensive rate. Cold drafts door, old dirty carpets, loud fan in toilet. Dirty carpet, drafts from door, fan extremely noisy.
